Welcome to Hatrick Catering Cooking Classes

Informal, practical and creative lessons in how to release your inner chef. Conducted at the Hatrick HQ kitchen in Balmain!

Over one relaxed morning or afternoon, we will prepare a delicious meal for you to enjoy and be able to confidently recreate to impress your friends!

You tell me some of your favorite ingredients, styles of cooking you enjoy, techniques you’ve always wanted to learn to do, or want to do better, and we’ll do them together.
We will produce a couple of canapés, entrée, main and dessert based on a tailor made menu.
We will also discuss, knife techniques, seasonal produce, ingredients for your larder, where to shop, menu planning, books and guides you might find useful.

Costs
3 hour class for 2 - $400
3 hour class for 4 - $500
5 hour class includes shopping at Farmers Markets or  fish market then taking our goodies to the kitchen, preparing and eating them - $700
